This study was conducted to determine the different intervention programs implemented for pupils at risk of dropping-out. An Action Plan maybe proposed to enhance the implementation of the intervention programs. First, what intervention program is implemented for pupils at risk of dropping-out? Second, how effective is the intervention programs for pupils at risk of dropping- out? Third, what are the problems encountered by the schools in the implementation of the program? Fourth, do the problems encountered by the teachers for PARDO vary significantly by the schools? And fifth, based on the findings of the study what stakeholder's program may be proposed? The researcher designed a three parts questionnaire with the help of the different reading she had and after the validation of the experts, descriptive statistics was applied in the analysis of data. After having gathered the needed data of the study, the following findings were obtained. First, from the identified intervention programs, it can be observed that the conduct of remedial classes was the ultimate and priority program being implemented by the participating schools. Second, in the assessment of the effectiveness of the intervention programs was found out very effective in solving the issue on PARDO. Third, findings showed that there were top 2 challenges of the teachers respondents encountered in the implementation of the intervention program such as; 1.) Lack of parental support and involvement 2.) Absenteeism of pupils due to parent's neglect or family problem. Finally, the following recommendations are hereby given: 1) the school should provide a comprehensive program of activities as an intervention to actively involve, engage, keep and save pupils at risk of dropping-out 2) The school should include in the Annual Improvement Plan (AIP) and School Improvement Plan (SIP) the creation of a school extension service for PARDO. Responsible parenthood seminar may be conducted quarterly to re-educate parents on the importance of providing care, love, nourishment, and security of children despite struggles caused by poverty.3) Guidance Services should include Intervention Program for PARDO to prevail against the leading risk factors such as poverty, unhealthy parenting style received at home, lack of motivation to study, teachers lack of ingenuity in providing gender and religion sensitive activities and classroom practices.4) Parents are called upon to be responsible enough to provide the basic needs of their children at home. On the other hand, teachers should make all possible means for these children to keep them in school and enjoying their rights to education.5) the proposed program should be made known and discuss to the teachers during the INSET/ SLAC for its full implementation.
