Abstract
This study aims to help the teachers to improve classroom management strategies of Public Elementary teachers that will help improve the behavioral performance of the learners in learning.
Through the utilization of descriptive type of research and simple random sampling technique composed of 150 learners and fifteen grade four teachers as a respondents it was found out when tested by the t-significance for the correlation value it proved that there is no significant relationship at all. This implies that the behavioral Performance of the learners at Pangarap Elementary School is not dependent on the Classroom Management Strategies of their teachers in the first and second quarter This is because the teacher-learners interaction in terms of hours is less than the number of hours that the learners exposed to the external factors. Meaning, parents and peer factors affect more the behavior of the learners.
Furthermore, The behavioral concepts are made known to the learners by the teachers within the classroom. Teachers have the main job duty to create classroom environment that is disciplined and well-ordered. Within the classroom, it is vital for teachers and learners to implement the traits of morality and ethics.
At home, in order to produce good behavioral performance, it is vital for parents, children and other family members to encourage a learning atmosphere. Parents should always stay involved with the after school activities of their children, especially in knowing their childrens' peer groups.
