Abstract
This study attempted to find out the extent of parent - teacher support and partnership in the early childhood education development in selected public elementary schools in Caloocan North II.

It sought answers to the following questions: a) the kind of supports guardian/parents provide for early childhood education development; b) the significant difference in the assessment of two groups of respondents on the kind of support provided; c) the performance of the kindergarten learner based on the before and after the support extended through the partnership of the parents and teachers; d) the level of partnership of the respondents in terms of the aforementioned variables; e) and challenges encountered by teachers and parents support and partnership.

Descriptive survey method was utilized in this study with the checklist as data gathering instrument. There were 30 public school teachers and 60 parent's respondents in selected school of Caloocan North II. The study was conducted during the school year 2018 -2019. The statistical tools used to gather data were Weighted Mean, Frequency and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.

The assessment of teachers is highly supportive to the three variables lesson's follow up, learning materials and participation in school activities and parents are supportive on the variables lessons' follow up and learning material and highly supportive to the third variable participation in school activities.

There is a significant difference in the assessment of the two groups of respondents on the kind of support provided for the kindergarten learners.

The posttest result is higher than the pretest which obtained 1.02 mean difference in favor of the posttest result.

The highest level of partnership of the two respondents is the variable participation in school activities which is the main goal of both respondents to improve further.

The Kindergarten Facilitator proposed plan, a three batch one-day training/ seminar for the parents/guardians of incoming kindergarten in selected school of Caloocan North II. With the purpose of this activity is to inform the parents/guardians the importance of their support/involvement, partnership to the teachers to the education development of their children. Through this training, parents/guardians will learn the different kinds of activities they can give to enhance the capabilities to learn of the learners.

The proposed parent's involvement plan for the development of the learner's education development, a three-day activity of incoming kindergarten in selected school of Caloocan North II. The purpose of this activity is to inform the parents/guardian the importance of their support and involvement in their children education, to tell the parents/guardian the importance of the parent-teacher partnership in terms of communication, volunteer, learning at home, decision making, collaboration with the community and to formulate workshop and activities/ program for the parents to be given to the learners to enhance their capacity to learn.

The researcher recommends the utilization of this investigation in the school's division in a concerned in study. Further, a parallel study be pursued to justify the findings of this research work.

Finally, it is recommended that this piece of work be placed in the University library for future researchers.
