Abstract
Primary school teachers will give big effect on their students because it is the fundamental stage of learners. Classroom management skills of primary school teachers will give impact to the learning and the development of the learners. This study aimed at investigating the classroom management skills of primary school teachers and how their demographic profile may affect their classroom management. The study used descriptive and inference method of research. It involves selected 30 primary school teachers from kindergarten to grade sourced from Camarin D Elementary School. It utilized a survey questionnaire to gather data from the respondents. Most of the respondents are in their middle age from 31-55 years old married, teacher I, and BEED graduate and all of the respondents are permanent that according to the result of the study has a big effect on the classroom management of the respondents Leadership and communication has the highest level on the management skills of primary school teachers, according to the respondents when it comes to leadership and communication their management skills is very high The problem of the primary school teachers on paper works to be done affect their classroom management. Based on the findings there are many factors that affect the classroom management skills of primary school teachers, and even their personal or their demographic profile affect their teaching. That is the reason why this study proposed a seminar or training that will help teachers enhance their leadership and will give them financial literacy, helping them develop their economic status life-long learning. Lynch (2016) says that how teachers manage their classroom is an important part of achieving an effective learning environment. Educators know that all students leam differently and choosing the right instructional style can mitigate behavioral issues and make good instruction possible. Great teachers are also good managers. Teachers who can effectively demonstrate managing skills, whether consciously or unconsciously, appear to be some our better teachers. Teachers use different management skills to hone the managing techniques that are associated with good teaching practice. Teachers influence the lives of pupils much more significantly than we imagine. A teacher with the right skills inspires and influences entire pupil lives. They are instruments who can ignite powerful thoughts in students, helping them unleash their true potential. To bring about such long-standing impacts, it is important for teachers to have certain skills.
