Abstract
The primary objective of this study was to look into the school administrators
practices on the utilization of power in relation to teachers' job satisfaction.
The descriptive correlation research design was used. Respondents were nine (9) principals and eighty-six (86) teachers who came from 9 elementary schools in
Aromar District, Division of Caloocan City. Research instruments used were survey questionnaires adapted from the study of Eric Agustin (2011), comprised of two parts, 1)
Administrators Utilization of Power, and 2) Teachers' Job satisfaction. Statistical tools
used were weighted mean, Pearsons' coefficient of Correlation and ranking.
