I. Statement of purpose
The primary purpose of this study is to propose a sourcebook for school heads on the utilization of computer-aided management reports. Specifically, the study aims to undertake the following purpose for each of the development stages:
A. Planning Phase
1. Determine the respondents profile
2. Determine the respondents attitude toward Information Technology
3. Determine the extent of Information Technology utilization in their present work performance
4. Determine the level of computer literacy of the respondents based on
1. awareness level
2. working knowledge
3. competency
5. Assess the needs for information technology in the following management skills:
1. Planning and budgeting
2. Organizing and staffing
3. Leading and motivating
4. Supervising, assessing and rewarding

B. Development Phase
1. Prepare table of specifications
2. Examine ready made sourebooks/handbooks
3. Formulate draft of sourebook according to the set of indicators
C. Evaulation/Revision Phase
1. Validate the sourcebook
2. Finalize the sourcebook according to suggestions made by the experts
