Abstract
This study attempts to develop and validate a learning module in Electronics a key to improve performance for grade 10 students at Maypajo High School in Caloocan City. The researcher aimed to evaluate the developed learning module for grade 10 students for the Third Quarter period for the School year 2018-2019. The researcher also assess the validity of the developed learning module to the Technology and Livelihood (TLE) teachers from secondary schools in AROMAR District of Division of Caloocan City namely: Macario B. Asistio Sr. High School - MAIN, Macario B. Asistio Sr. High School - UNIT I, Kasarinlan High School and Maypajo High School according to its objectives, contents, manner of illustrations, language used, usefulness and evaluation.

This research study aimed to develop and validate Electronics module to improve learning performance specifically it seeks answer to access the following: what are the topics in Electronics 10 that may be subjected to learning modules, what learning modules in Electronics may be developed to enhance the existing modules, what is the assessment of the teacher and student respondents in the developed learning module in terms of the following: suitability, sufficiency, and quality: is there a significant difference in the perception of the two groups of respondents in the developed learning modules in Electronics and last, what are the comments and suggestions of the teacher and student respondents on the developed learning modules in Electronics;

In this study, the descriptive method of research was employed. The survey questionnaire was administered to the TLE teachers in secondary schools in AROMAR District of Division of Caloocan City and selected electronic students from five different sections in Maypajo high school as the respondents of this study. The developed learning module in Electronic subject that was developed by the researcher containing of 111 pages which is consists of different lessons based on the K-12 curriculum guide and competencies, activities, and self-test to be answered.

There are two (2) groups of respondents on this study, 50 TLE teachers in secondary schools in AROMAR District of Division of Caloocan City namely: Macario B. Asistio Sr. High School - MAIN, Macario B. Asistio Sr. High School - UNIT 1, Kasaritan High School and Maypajo High school and 80 selected electronic students from 5 different sections in my Maypajo high school for the School Year 2018-2019. The survey questionnaires were administered to each group (50 teachers and 80 students) to assess and validate the developed learning module in Electronics a key to improve performance. After a week of survey, the date gathered and applied statistical tool to interpret the data by using the weighted mean and z-test in interpretation of collected data.

The comments and suggestions of the teacher and student respondents on the developed learning modules in Electronics. There are 20 items in comments and suggestions made by the researcher to be answered by the teachers and student respondents on the developed electronic learning modules for grade 10. The item with the highest percentage of 96% is the module in electronics bridges the teaching process effectively and the item with the lowest percentage is the illustration in the modules show unclear image with 16%. The overall weighted mean is 12.62 with the interpretation of the mean is above average that result is acceptable and valid for validation.

The assessment of the teacher and student respondents in the developed learning modules in terms of the following: suitability, sufficiency and quality. Teachers and student respondents on the developed electronic learning module in terms of suitability shows that the overall weighted mean on the teachers and students' assessment are 4.57 and 4.56. The combined overall weighted mean is 4,57. In the sufficiency of the teachers and student perceptions on the developed electronic learning module with the overall weighted mean of 4.51 on the teachers' assessment and the overall weighted mean of students' assessment is 4.61. Their combined weighted mean of the teachers and student assessment is 4.56. on the other hand, the overall weighted mean on teachers' assessment in terms of quality had a mean of 4.54 while students' assessment with the overall weighted mean as regards of quality with 4.66 and their combined weighted mean of 4.60 with all teachers and students' assessment interpreted as Highly Suitable. The summary of the assessment of the two (2) groups of respondents on the developed electronic learning modules with a grand weighted mean on the teachers' assessment is 4.54 while the students' assessment with a mean of 4.63 and interpreted as Highly Suitable. And the combined grand weighted mean is 4.58 and Highly Suitable as described.

Significant difference in the assessment of the two groups of respondents in the developed learning modules in electronics. It is shown in the table that the means of 0.27 and 0.17 and variance of 1.12 and 0.75, and at 0.05 level of significance and 130 degrees of freedom, the computed value of 3.1487 is greater that the tabular value of 1.9784. Therefore, the null hypothesis is Rejected. This implies that the assessment of the teachers and student respondents in the developed electronic learning modules has significant difference.

The developed module can be recommended to be used also by the students in other grade level to justify and confirm the evaluation or feedback of the TLE teachers on the developed module as highly suitable and the developed learning module in electronics 10 may be used by other teachers in AROMAR District of Division of Caloocan City since it was validated to improve the performance of the students.
