Positive Discipline is an efficient way to deal with students' behavior inside the classroom rather than punishment and rewards. When a student misbehaves in class, the teacher must have few strategies to lessen the unwanted behavior. Using punishment and reward is not necessary since the dilemma with students misbehavior can be dealt with using positive discipline. Inside the classroom, teachers are second parents and the students are the most important person.
