Abstract
Teacher is one of the most influential role models of the students on how they will treat and deal with different situations of life. Teachers are given significant responsibility in molding the good moral values of learners and their potential. In many cases of successful learners, there seemed to be a good teacher. The relation in between seems to be a very harmonious with complete dedication and affection from the teacher towards the learners. Each teacher must show good examples not only in the classroom but in the community as well. He has the responsibility to produce a product of a productive new generation in the country. The Descriptive method was utilized in this study. According to Aggarwal (2008), descriptive research is devoted to the gathering information and interpretation. This type of research method is not simply amassing and tabulating facts but includes proper analyses, interpretation, comparisons. identification of trends and relationship. Teacher acts as an educator, motivator and learning facilitator. Teaching for the leamers to explore, techniques and strategies allow the students to actively participate in class discussion, it all opens the opportunity for the learners to explore, innovate and develop their own learning style that suits with the teaching strategies of the teachers. In this way, the learners will clearly understand and appreciate the value of learning. According to teacher respondents, majority of the respondents have graduated from their Bachelor's Courses, and respondents have their Master Degree or units in it. There are respondents who have earned a Doctorate Degree or units in it. The respondents are educationally qualified on teaching As shown from the gathered data that among the professional qualities of the teacher, Professionalism and ethics were significant relationship as qualities of a professional teacher. Whereas the other qualities in terms of self- management, result focus, teamwork, service orientation, and innovation have practices. no significant relationship with each other so that the null hypothesis is Giving this findings, the researcher recommends the school shall encourage full support from all teachers in spite of their profile difference in attending and participating activities through the school program. The teachers should strive for continouos professional growth in terms of sel-management, result focus, teamwork, service orientation and innovation towards effective teaching learning process of the learners. Therefore, they should incorporate more challenging and interesting activities in their teaching learning process that will improve the academic performance of learners. There should be seminars and trainings regarding to professional development in terms of educational attainment and factors that affecting 21th century learners output. Improving or strengthening of professional qualities in teaching can be a great help to enrich learning and improving the performance of the learners to its highest point School Administrators should organize, provide or conduct orientations, and series of seminar and training to teachers about the importance of professional qualities of teachers in teaching learning process. Propose faculty development program that will provide and knowledge and skills to the teachers to empower them in giving different activities to the learners that can motivate and enhance the learners performance.
