Abstract
The main objective of the study was to determine the implications of bullying on the attitude of bullied victims in selected secondary schools of Caloocan City- Cluster IV in terms of respondents' attendance, request for change of schedules, Dropout, Transferring out, Class Participation, and Examination. This study also gathered information on the forms of bullying experienced by the bully victims. This also determined if there was a relationship between the experience of bullied students in their perceived attitude towards school. It was limited to bullied victims based on the record of the Guidance Office and identified bully victims by classroom teachers and advisers for the S.Y. 2014-2015. The study employed descriptive method using a survey questionnaire which was adopted from a previous research with a total of 116 respondents. The statistical treatment used after the data had been gathered

were frequency, percentage, rank distribution, weighted mean and Pearson's R formula.

The study discovered that the respondents were mostly 13-14 years old. majority were male from grade 8 and half of the respondents had four siblings. Most of the respondents' fathers were employed in construction and most of their mothers were housewives. Most of the respondents experienced verbal bullying by their classmate and schoolmate, followed by physical, social, and cyber bullying. The study also found out that bullying victims were bullies themselves.

Majority of the respondents replied with "never" for all indicators of perceived attitude towards bullying, except for the two statements under the indicator examination. interpreted as "never." Overall, the general weighted mean was verbally

This study found out that there was a relationship between the respondents' assessed experience towards bullying and their perceived attitude. Thus, the study revealed that as the physical, verbal, social and cyber bullying increased there were evidences that the perceived attitudes of the respondents increased moderately.

The researcher recommended zero tolerance bullying policy. Schools must and will be held accountable for keeping all students safe for all forms of bullying to obtain optimal learning.
