Abstract
Bullying has become a worldwide epidemic, and it needs to be prevented as much as possible. Based on a study conducted by Telenor, the. Norwegian telecom company, 66 percent of teenagers these days received bullying messages on the internet or mobile phones coming from either their friends or chat mates. Aside from this, if we recall the news about a student in the United States of America who shot to death his fellow student in retaliation for the physical and verbal abuse he suffered. Another incident from news stories about teens who committed suicide due to the very unpleasant experiences they had with their peers. In addition, the latest news, a Grade 1 pupil from Tala Elementary School Caloocan City, Division of City Schools, victim of bullying by their classmates because of having involuntary wastes on his clothes. These are the reasons why many pupils who have been victims of bullying decide to drop from school.

Schools should enforced zero-tolerance programs that make it clear that bullying will not be tolerated because nowadays, Republic Act no. 10627 otherwise known as the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 is now implemented. In addition, school educators play an important role in the prevention and Intervention program to address bullying in school. They are also required to report and record the prescribe responses to bullying that includes investigation and imposing disciplinary measures, notification for parents, support and counseling of targets. Llano Elementary School, for one followed these required responses. As per records in the guidance office, one pupil is determined as bully. He often bullies his classmates such as hitting, destroying his classmate's properties.

Another child complained as about being a thief resulting to parents arguing because they say the complainant is a liar. After a thorough investigation, the accusation was proven to be true and the accused was proven guilty as charged. In addition, there are reported Incidents of fighting that was resolved through the conference and dialog of the involved persons. These are some reported incidents but others suffered in silence which is also another form of bullying existing in school.

The child's first education starts at home. Everything he sees is an example of him to follow. If the adults in the home are poor role models, they are the ones contributing factors to the kid's bullying behavior. It was also discovered that most bullies come from families that have lots of violence in their lives. For example, if the child sees his father beating his mother every now and then, then he starts to think that violence is a good option to solve problems and soon after he becomes a bully. Child then who sees the incident will assume that this act is natural. Another one is that almost every child wants popularity. Children who are not talented and have no exceptional abilities are struggling hard to become popular. Their desire for acceptance by their peers drives them to do something to be recognized. Bullying therefore is one option they would do to catch the attention of others. This research served as a guide in preventing bullying in public schools particularly at Llano Elementary School, Division of Caloocan City, Metro Manila. In addition, teachers are also made aware of the solutions to their common problems in relation to bullying. Success in managing this problem aims to provide good human relationship and

helps to prevent bullying in schools. Likewise, if peace and harmony is attained in school, it may definitely improve the performance level of pupils both in the division and national achievement tests.
