Abstract
This research determined the extent of parental involvement in school activities of selected Kinder to Grade VI pupils and relationship to academic performance Results were used as basis for a home-school partnership program at San Jose Elementary School for the School Year 2015-2016. This study used the descriptive research design. Respondents were 17 teachers and 122 parents. Research instruments used were a researcher-made questionnaire comprised of two parts: Part 1 asked information on the profile of the respondents such as age, gender, size of family, educational attainment and occupation. Part II drew in formation on the extent of parental involvement in school activities. Statistical tools used were relative frequency, arithmetic mean, weighted mean, ANOVA and Pearson's Coefficient of Correlation.
