Abstract
The study sought to determine the extent of effectiveness of

information technology to school heads of public and private

elementary schools in the division of Caloocan City and to design a

training program that will enhance the managerial skills of the School heads on the use of I.T

Specifically, this study answered the following questions:

1. How may the school heads' profile be described in terms of:

1.1 age,

1.2 gender,

1.3 educational attainment,

1.4 position,

1.5 civil service eligibility,

1.6 length of service,

1.7 years of experience in the present position, 1.8 monthly income, and

1.9 in-service

5. What training program maybe devised to address these problems to enhance the managerial skills of the school heads on the use of Information Technology?
