Abstract
The study determined the stakeholders' convergence in extra and co - curricular activities of selected Public Elementary School in Caloocan North III District which serve as basis for a proposed capability builing training at Caloocan North III.

It sought answers to the following questions: the collaboration of master teachers and teachers in terms of the following: support, planning. participation and development and engagement in school activities; the level of convergence do internal and external stakeholders provide; Is there a significant difference between the perceptions of master teachers and teachers on the level of convergence of stakeholders; Is there a significance difference in the perception of internal and external in the level of convergence of the school activities; How may the findings of the study be utilized as basis for proposed capacity training.

Descriptive survey mixed method was utilized in thi study with survey questionnaire and focus group discussion as data gathering instrument. There were 63 selected public elementary school master teacher and teacher respondents comprising 3 elementary schools situated in Caloocan North III District. The study was conducted during the school year 2018- 2019. The statistical tools employed to treat the data were weighted mean, ranking and T-test.

The salient findings reveal that the assesstment of the public elementary school master teacher and teacher respondent on their collaboration in extra and co-curricular activities was Always because it showed a high weighted mean result.

It was also found out that master teachers and teacher have the same perception on the level of convergence of stakeholders when it cames in school activities.

The study further revealed that the test of difference between the

internal and external stakeholders as perception by respondents signified no significant difference. This means that the perception by respondents do not differ from each other and viewed on the same level on the perception of the master teachers and teachers respondents.

The study had shown that existing program/ activities on collaboration in school activities were adapted in school which related to capacitating stakeholders. Yet they need to have more enhancement training.

Furthermore, the proposed capability training was based on the findings specifically on the support, planning, participation and development and engagement in school activities.
