Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the utilization of ICT tools in performance task activities in Araling Panlipunan 9.This study made use of Descriptive Quantitative design involving Grade 9 students of Bagong Silang High School, Benigno Aquino Junior High School and Kalayaan National High School and 32 Araling Panlipunan 9 teachers in Selected Secondary Public Schools in Cluster II, North Caloocan: Bagong Silang High School, Benigno Aquino Junior High School, Camarin High School, Kalayaan National High Caloocan the researcher conducted the study in Bagong Silang High School Benigno Aquino Junior High School, Camarin High School, Kalayaan National School and Tala High School. After getting approval from the Division of Caloocan the researcher conducted the study in Bagong Silang High School, Benigno Aquino Junior High School, Camarin High School, Kalayaan National High School and Tala High School. After giving the questionnaire to Department Heads a test was administered to the grade 9 teachers in Araling Panlipunan and Grade 9 Student respondents.

Two different research tools were used to collect data: a pretest, a post test on Araling Panlipunan 9 and a survey questionnaire.

The Araling Panlipunan 9 teachers mostly agree of the following topics be subjected for the integration of ICT Tools in teaching Araling Panlipunan 9 are: Pangangailangan at Kagustuhan, Paikot Daloy ng Ekonomiya, Ang Supply, Interaksiyon ng Demand at Supply, Iba't ibang Anyo ng Pamilihan, Produksiyon, Demand, Ugnayan ng pamilihan at Pamahalaan, Patakarang Pananalapi. The ICT Tools and Equipment which may be integrated in Teaching Araling Panlipunan are: Laptop/Desktop, Projector and Powerpoint remote presenter. The result of Pretest and Post test of Grade 9 students are closer to the mean, specifying that more students have got high scores. Grade 9. student's shows great increase in their scores in their posttest.

The researcher use t-test to test its significance. After consolidating the test result of the grade 9 students reveals that there is a significant difference between the pretest and post test scores in all schools Bagong Silang High School, Benigno Aquino Junior High School and Kalayaan National High School. Problems comfronting were also identified using survey questionnaire made by the researcher. The result showed an "insufficient of ICT Tools in class", "Limited accessibility and network connection (speed or bandwidth)". Inavailability of infrastructure for ICT laboratory", "Time contraints in preparation" and Faulty of ICT Tools and equipment". The findings resulted to the recommendation on the Integration of ICT Tools in Performance Task Activities in Araling Panlipunan 9. Finally, this study recommended that they will be a free development training programs for teachers also played akey role in enhancing students' quality learning. Thus, it is recommended that teachers and policy makers should find ways to formulate effective ICT integration applications for social studies.
