Abstract
Information and Communication Technology plays a vital role in educating 21" century leamers. In order to adopt in a fast facing environment, learning nowadays used the latest gadgets such as laptops, PC, mobile phone and tablets which become a major tool to deal with everyday life. Applications and games were now integrated in the teaching-learning process to maximized the use of technology in the classroom set-up. An avenue for change, wherein traditional teaching will divert into facilitators of learning. teacher-centered learning will now divert into students-centered approach to touch the multiple intelligence of every learner. This will serve as an opportunity to widen the horizon, how thinking can grasp things when things are readily available at the tip of their fingertips, learning will achieve anywhere they can go. Time will maximize everything. Preparations are highly encourage. Appreciation will be achieved at the end of every lesson.

The researcher used a Descriptive and Quantitative method of research.

The respondents of the study are 41 Grade 10 TLE teachers from of Bagong Silang High School, Benigno Aquino Jr. High School, Kalayaan National High School, Camarin High School and Tala High School.

The students who participated in this study were 174 from Bagong Silang High School, Benigno Aquino Jr. High School, and Kalayaan National High School. Sections were study are conducted under the teachers who were chosen to administer the crafted ICT Tool.

Based on the study conducted, findings revealed that most commonly used ICT Tools is Laptop/Desktop. Teachers should be very serious enough to use this tool in Teaching TLE 10 Second, most of the teacher-respondents perceived "Very Serious" that ICT tools should be utilized in teaching. Challenges encountered by the respondents in the Utilization of ICT Tools in Teaching TLE 10 there are very serious problem in terms of poor internet connection (speed or bandwidth), and insufficiency of ICT Tools in class. Based on the study conducted, since the teachers-made ICT-based instructional module is determined to pass all criteria used by the LRMDS, it is recommended that the Department of Education should consider looking at/for ICT-based instructional modules, like the one used in this study. Additionally, the leaming Resources Management and Development System (LRMDS) offices should initiate a program which aims to develop ICT-based instructional modules while considering the features used in the material used in this study. To address the need, the researcher also recommends for allowing the use of mobile phone during the class session with its equivalent restrictions. Since, there is an increase in the results of pre-test and post-test, school heads should allow every teachers of specialization class to do the same crafted tool for the benefit of ICT Integration requirements in RPMS of each teachers, The ICT Coordinators will coordinate the LRMDS together with the School Heads to negotiate and seek approval on how this application use in this study will be suitable to use when teachers are interested to do the same crafted tool for their respected specialization for compliance for ICT Integration with their respective class. Statistically, it is proven that this teacher-made ICT based instructional module is effective. School administrators should include in the in-service training seminars and workshops to the solve the challenges encountered in using ICT Tools. The researcher proposed the crafted ICT Tools in the inadequacy of the available resources used in TLE.
