Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the management of students' disciplinary problems in Bagong Silang High School during the school year 2001-2002.

Specially, it sought answers to the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents as to: sex, age, civil-status, socio-economic status, years in service, educational attainment, and teaching loads.

2. What is the number of incidence in the disciplinary problems encountered by the faculty members and administrators as recorded by the guidance office in terms of the
following disciplinary problems: cutting classes, smoking, drinking liquor, gambling, fighting, stealing, vandalism, destroying school properties, dishonesty, and irregular attendance.

3. How serious are the disciplinary problems encountered by the faculty members and administrators in terms of personal, peer relationship, teachers, family, and school management.

4. How effective are the management approaches utilized by the faculty members and administrators in handling disciplinary problems among the students in Bagong Silang High School, using the following management approaches: assertive approach, business academic approach, behavioral modification approach, group managerial approach, group guidance approach, acceptance approach, and success approach.

5. Are there significant differences in the management approaches when the profile of the respondents is considered?

6. How effective are the interventions of the guidance office, classroom advisers, homeroom PTCA, discipline office, security personnel, and principal's office to ease the disciplinary problems of the students?

7. Are there significant differences in the effectiveness of the interventions instituted by the six offices involved in solving the disciplinary problems of the students?
