Abstract
The primary objective of this study is to determine the bullying in the public elementary schools of Caloocan City during the academic year 2014-2015 as a basis in preparing bullying awareness to discourage bullying. It also aimed to disseminate bullying awareness to discourage bullying. The causes of bullying are identified in various ways and the victim and perpetrator may be described in different conducting capacity building activities for guidance counselors, teachers and members of the Child Protection Committee then the victims and perpetrators are in the early adolescence, majority of whom are female coming from low income family with poor personal hygiene and going to school with the same clothes for several days. has low self-esteem with physical and health problem with bad breathe and body odor and the victims and perpetrators are aware of the provision of "Anti-Bullying Act of 2013" to a high extent that students shall reports to school authorities any incident of bullying. avoid or refrain from any act of bullying, participate and cooperate in all preventions, and the school shall intervene, protect the victim, unless it will jeopardize his safety and security.

Frequent school absences, loss of interest in school work, depression, change in eating and sleeping habits and arriving home with torn clothes and unexplained bruises are the effects of bullying to the victims. To the perpetrators, low academic achievement, getting to physical or verbal fights, gain friends who bully others, send to principals' office and become aggressive in normal day activities are

the effects of bullying to the perpetrators.

The effects of bullying to the parents are becoming vigilant and learned school policies regarding bullying and its consequences. keeping communication flowing between them and their children. teachers and staff, becoming aware of bullying problem in school, continuing their positive role model in any setting and refraining from using foul language, and reporting to the school immediately and asking for help whether their child is a bully, target or a witness and feeling helpless for not helping or standing up to a bully on behalf of a classmate, emotional disturbance, or post-traumatic stress, feeling of guilt for blaming the victims that he/she deserved of abuse experience even greater guilt if they are drawn into bullying by pressure from friends and feel compelled to end the friendship or avoid being seen with the bully to avoid being targeted are the effects of bullying to the classmates so, to the teachers, effects of bullying are to make it clear to the bully that his behavior would not be tolerated, contact the parent/guardian of the victim to express concern about the victims' well-being, insist to parent/guardian of the bully to stop the behavior, help the bully to achieve greater self- esteem so that he will not bully anymore and refer the case to the administrator. Therefore, the finding served as guide in crafting bullying advocacies. Bullying cases are of moderate extent in the City Schools Division of Caloocan City.

As a result of this study, the following recommendations are offered: monitor strictly and systematically the implementation of Republic Act 10627 known as "Anti-Bullying Act of 2013", encourage all schools to use multifaceted approach in resolving bullying cases involving counseling either by peers, school coordinators, teachers.or principals; conduct an orientation program of the bullying advocacies prepared by the researcher, build a team atmosphere between school and home in the school bullying prevention program; continue the intervention activities started by the school to attain high extent if not full extent resolution of bullying cases; provide counseling services for any student who is concerned with bullying at the school or in the community, whether they are a victim, a bystander or bull: allot time for classroom discussion, role playing, and other activities promoting awareness of the "Anti-Bullying Act"; involve students in running Bullying Intervention Program such as Peer Support and Peer Mediation; encourage students to support immediately to their teachers any case of bullying and to stand up or support bullying victims; assure students that if they report bullying cases they will be supported; be a role model to your children; avoid physical punishment. Bullies come from home where physical punishment is used and children have been taught that physical violence is the way to handle problem and "get their way"; get involved in the school bullying program; attend PTA meetings to know what is happening in the school particularly the condition of your child; be in the company of other students. Loners are easy objects of bullies; stand up against the bully if it is safe or walk away from the bully, and Bear in mind that bullying is always wrong and it is done by insecure boys or girls.
