Abstract
The development and validation of localized teaching module in grade 3 Science was materialized to improve the way of teaching in Science at Cielito Zamora Memorial School to help the pupils understand more the different There is a general agreement that in many places around the world, Science concepts. science education is facing serious challenges. Finding ways to improve science education face numerous, and sometimes coupled, problems. Educators claim that there is no effective technique as to teaching and learning is concerned. It greatly depends on the situation and nature of the learners.
Since the materials was intended for the use of the learners and teachers it was simple but very informative, very educational and leamer centered. In making localized teaching module the instructions must clear and supported with enough illustrations and pictures so the leamers may understand well Pictures must me attractive that capture the interest of the leamers and the caption must be suited to the illustration.

One sections of grade three pupils in grade three level in Cielito Zamora Memorial school who served as the respondents of the study was considered as participants for the conducted of pre and post-tests examination intended for the study. Also included 30 grade three teachers and master teachers who were involved in teaching Science for grade three pupils for their assessment on the acceptability in adopting the Developed and Validated Localized Teaching Module in Grade 3 Science
