The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness

of the implementation of the comprehensive school-based drug

abused prevention program and its implication to educational

Specifically, this research answered the following

1. What is the status of the COSDAPP implementation in the

secondary schools as to:

1.1 staff and staff development,
1.2 curriculum and instruction, 1.3 co-curricular and ancillary services

1.4 parent education and community outreach,

and

1.5 research and evaluation?

2. How aware are the high school students regarding:

2.1 drugs and drugs use,

2.2 concepts related to drugs education, and

2.3 COSDAPP?

3. Is there a significant relationship between the extent of implementation of COSDAPP and the extent of awareness by the students respondents on drugs and drugs use program?

4. What are the implications of the findings to educational management?
